Guo Wenjia, vice President of Shangqiu Normal University and member of the Higher Education Teaching Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education, was invited to attend the meeting and make a report. Guo Wenjia made a presentation on the topic of "Promoting the Construction of Application-oriented Universities with High Quality through Review and Evaluation". He gave a comprehensive interpretation from three aspects: the understanding of the new round of audit and evaluation, the organization and management of audit and evaluation, and the high-quality audit and evaluation work, and guided the interpretation of the school's audit and evaluation work. In the report, Guo Wenjia vividly summarized the evaluation work in four sentences: "The importance of the party and government is the key, full participation is the foundation, systematic planning is the fundamental, and management is the guarantee."

 

 

He explained the organization and management of the review and evaluation in detail from the procedures of the new round of review and evaluation, the high-quality presentation of the "1+3+3" report, the comparison of various norms of the new round of review and evaluation, the launch of the national unified pilot, and the release of the "Review and Evaluation Implementation Plan" in Henan Province.

 

On how to promote the audit and evaluation work with high quality, he put forward six suggestions: First, master the connotation of the audit and evaluation index system and accurately grasp the key requirements of the audit and evaluation. It is convenient for schools to mark different types of indicator systems, combine the actual situation and the last round of assessment and rectification, formulate work plans for one school and one case, and carry out self-assessment work comprehensively and deeply; Second, we should actively review and evaluate applications. According to the procedures of selecting the type of participation, submitting the application, determining the type after examination by the provincial department and selecting the index independently, the construction of the personalized index system of colleges and universities is completed. Third, pragmatic and efficient organization of self-evaluation and self-construction work. The teachers and students of the whole school should unify their ideological understanding, implement the task of evaluation and construction, carry out self-evaluation in an all-round way, fill in the basic data of education and teaching with high quality, and prepare and submit teaching archives, supporting materials and online evaluation materials. The fourth is to carefully write the review and evaluation self-evaluation report, understand the formation of the "self-evaluation report", master its writing requirements and content; Fifth, actively cooperate with experts to do a good job in assessment. Understand the tasks and characteristics of online assessment work of experts, and promote the continuous comprehensiveness and depth of assessment work; The sixth is to do a solid job of audit, evaluation and rectification. Schools should carefully sort out the problems, analyze the root causes, and formulate rectification work plans; Establish a mechanism to implement rectification tasks; Summarize carefully and write rectification report.
