On the afternoon of May 12, Anyang University of the Group held the 2023 graduate work conference. Vice President Wang Aimin, Vice President Ma Baojian, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice President Zhang Yu, Vice President Zhang Mingxuan attended the meeting, the president of each branch (vice president), deputy secretary, assistant president and related administrative departments in charge of the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President Shan Weilong.
At the meeting, Vice President Zhang Yu read out the Notice of Anyang University on the work of 2023 Graduates (No. 167), and made detailed arrangements for the division of work related to more than 50 graduates. Subsequently, each secondary college reported the receipt of internship materials for graduates at this stage, the guidance of graduation thesis and graduation design, and the preliminary work of graduates returning to school. The relevant functional departments reported on the development of relevant work respectively.
Deputy Party secretary, president Shan Weilong made a concluding speech. In view of the work of 2023 graduates and the current needs of assessment work, he put forward three requirements: first, the ideological understanding should be improved, all staff should improve their ideological understanding, enhance work sensitivity and consciousness; Second, the work plan is further refined, all departments should give full play to the subjective initiative of the unit, and hold the work promotion meeting of the unit's graduates after the meeting to investigate and fix the leaks in an all-round way; Third, improve efficiency and pay attention to work methods. All units should make plans for the next assessment work, graduate work and final examination work to ensure that all work is detailed and practical.
