Universities under Chunlai Education Group held the preliminary competition of teachers' classroom teaching innovation

In order to lead the majority of teachers to change their teaching concepts, devote themselves to teaching and educating people, actively innovate teaching methods, create a vane for college teaching reform, and further improve the quality of school education and teaching, on October 14, Shangqiu University held the preliminary competition of the fourth Henan Province Undergraduate College Teachers' Classroom Teaching Innovation Competition in Room 307, Block K. The competition is judged by the members of the school event organizing committee, and each secondary college recommends excellent teachers to participate in the competition.

 

The competition was attended by 11 teachers recommended by eight secondary schools, including the School of Physical Education, the School of Mechanical and Electrical Information, and the School of Computer Engineering. The participating teachers made full preparations for the competition, combined with the characteristics of their respective professional disciplines, using live training guidance and demonstration, video, experiment, painting and other vivid and interesting classroom forms, to show the innovative elements contained in the course and stimulate the enthusiasm of students.

The competition is divided into two stages. In the first stage, the participating teachers will provide the teaching syllabus, teaching design and classroom records, and the judges will review and score them online. The second stage is on-site teaching, which is divided into two parts: lecture and simulation teaching. In the course of teaching, the participating teachers devote themselves to studying the teaching materials, carefully designing the teaching process, extensively using a variety of information means to teach, and diversified methods to stimulate students' interest in learning, presenting a colorful classroom.

This competition provides an opportunity for each participating teacher to tap their potential, show their style, and surpass themselves. At the same time, it strengthens the concept of "curriculum thinking and politics" of teachers, implements the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people, promotes innovation in classroom teaching, makes classroom teaching more personalized, and promotes the improvement of classroom teaching quality of our teachers.
