In order to thoroughly implement the "National Scholarship Evaluation Measures for ordinary Colleges and Universities" issued by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance and the relevant work spirit of Henan Provincial National scholarship selection, and strictly abide by the principle of "fairness, justice and openness" in the selection of national scholarships, the College of Applied Science and Technology of Shangqiu University held the 2022 National Scholarship Joint Evaluation meeting in the conference room on the afternoon of October 9. Minister of Student Affairs, Director of the Student Affairs Office Wang Jiaping, deputy director of the Student Affairs Office, Secretary of the Youth League Committee Guo Xin, deputy secretary of the General Party branch of each department, responsible persons of the student Affairs Office participated in the meeting and served as judges.
After individual application, selection by the department, and examination by the Student Financial Aid Management Center, a total of 17 students participated in the joint evaluation. At the meeting, the applicants fully demonstrated their comprehensive performance in ideological quality, academic performance, professional skills competition, social practice and volunteer service through PPT display and on-site statement. After evaluation, Wang Junyi and four other students were selected as candidates for the 2022 National Scholarship of the University. Wang Jiaping affirmed the achievements of all students in school, and hoped that all students can take this opportunity to forge ahead and create more brilliant achievements in the future work and study.
