In order to effectively strengthen campus safety work and improve the awareness of fire safety prevention and the ability to respond to emergencies, on October 8, Shangqiu University Security Department, Teaching Affairs Office, comprehensive service Center jointly held fire safety emergency evacuation drill activities, some students, teachers and logistics, catering staff participated in the activity.
In order to ensure the safe and orderly conduct of the activities, the security Department developed a detailed drill program, before the formal start of the drill, the staff first explained the correct use of dry powder fire extinguishers, and explained the fire safety knowledge and emergency self-rescue and distress measures in detail for everyone.
In the activity, the participating teachers introduced the principle and use of the fire-fighting equipment in detail step by step, guided the students to complete the correct operation, and quickly put out the burning fire.
Through this fire drill activity, not only let the majority of teachers and students understand the escape methods and fire extinguishing essentials, but also enhance the response ability to respond to emergencies, greatly improve the safety awareness of the majority of teachers and students, firmly build the campus security "firewall", create a harmonious and safe campus environment.
