First of all, Vice President Zhang Mingxuan introduced the basic situation of the school, Secretary General Wu Tianqing introduced the Anyang Real estate Industry Chamber of Commerce, steel structure association members, operating status and other basic information; Vice President Dong Yonggang introduced the professional setting, faculty strength and personnel training mode of the School of Architectural Engineering. Subsequently, representatives of 29 enterprises made speeches respectively to carry out all-round and deep-level exchanges and discussions on personnel training and resource sharing, the combination of production, university and research, the direction of school education, the needs of enterprises and how to promote the effective connection between the education chain and the industrial chain and the innovation chain.
Li Qingxiang, president of Wenfeng District Chamber of Commerce, pointed out that at present, enterprises are generally easy to recruit people, difficult to retain people, students have strong theory and little practice, and suggested that schools pay more attention to practice in personnel training, so that students can participate in and understand engineering technology, construction technology management, and do a good job in career planning guidance. Secretary General Chen Zhenlin, on behalf of the Steel Structure Association, said that coming to the school to discuss the way of school-enterprise integration, the road of industry-university combination, and the strategy of scientific and technological innovation is a great blessing for enterprises to help schools, and put forward specific suggestions on the needs of enterprises for talents.
At the symposium, Vice President Wang Aimin and Anyang Real Estate Industry Chamber of Commerce, Steel Structure Association and Wenfeng District Chamber of Commerce signed a strategic cooperation agreement, and awarded the school-enterprise cooperation base representatives.
Finally, President He Haipeng made a concluding speech. On behalf of the school, he first expressed sincere thanks to the participating enterprises for their long-term concern and support for the development of the school. He pointed out that the school has attached great importance to employment work over the years, deeply implemented the employment work of the "leader" project, adopted the "Please come in, go out" policy, and opened up jobs and employment opportunities through multiple channels.
