In order to continuously improve the teaching innovation ability of teachers and guide teachers to devote themselves to teaching and educating people, on October 15, Shangqiu University held the third preliminary competition of Henan Province Undergraduate College Classroom Teaching Innovation Competition in Block k 307. The competition is judged by members of the school's teaching steering committee and academic committee, and the participating teachers of each secondary college participate in the competition. The competition was presided over by the director of the Academic Affairs Office, Pan Yizhan.
The competition is divided into two groups, the participating teachers provide the syllabus and teaching design, and conduct on-site teaching. The on-site teaching is divided into three parts: lecture, simulation teaching and expert questioning. The participating teachers were calm, the classroom analysis was clear, and each participating teacher gave a vivid and detailed interpretation of their teaching content.
The organizing committee will score the participating teachers according to the evaluation criteria such as teaching task, teaching organization, language teaching mode, ideological and political characteristics. This competition further gives play to the function of curriculum education, implements the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people, strengthens the concept of "curriculum thinking and politics" of teachers, makes classroom teaching more personalized, and promotes the improvement of the quality of classroom teaching in schools.
